I’m Lovie, a writer, English student, and hopeless romantic with a notebook.

I’ve always believed the most important things are the ones we’re too shy to say out loud. So I write them down instead. Late at night by my window. Early in the morning under the last star. Wrapped in a blanket, missing someone I haven’t found yet.

Dear Lovie is where those letters live.

Each one is written to the person I’m waiting for. Some are about the big moments, like the first “I love you” or a kiss in the rain. Most are about the small ones, like the sound of someone’s voice when they’re sleepy or the way their cologne stays in the room after they leave. I think the small things are where love really lives.

I write these letters for anyone who still believes in that kind of love, even on the nights it feels far away. You’re not alone in wanting it. And you’re not foolish for waiting.
